THE FUND RAISER TRUST

The sole purpose of THE FUND RAISER TRUST during the Covid-19 lock down is to distribute food and other essential materials to people in need living in the Greater Hermanus area. 100% of money received will be utilized to purchase food and essential products and also to cover actual petrol costs for delivery and collections. NOBODY involved will be paid any salary/wage for services rendered. Our policy is that NO CASH will be distributed. All cash donations will be used to procure food and essential materials and to cover delivery costs (petrol) to needy homes and organisations that we identify in conjunction with other help organisations. A very strict system is in place to account for all and any monies donated.

HOW CAN YOU HELP?

PLEASE help with any non perishable foods, sanitary items or with a cash donation via EFT into the trust account to assist these families. All monies received will be used to buy the items needed for these families.

We need your help…

Donate Non Perishables.
The best non-perishable foods to donate:
– canned beans and dry beans.
– peanut butter or other spreads for sandwiches.
– rolled oats, breakfast cereals and sugar.
– Rice, Maize meal and pasta
– canned vegetables, canned fish or meat
– packet or tins of soup

Sanitary and cleaning.
– Sanitary wear, toilet paper, cleaning products, soaps, shampoo.

Request to all farmers and shop owners in our area.
– If you have any fresh produce or foods you would like to donate. Please call us on 028 313 1999 and we shall arrange for a vehicle to collect.

Make a cash Donation.
Need your Help to feed a family. A R70-00 donation will buy a 1kg pack which makes 16 meals = R4-37 per meal.
